The food is amazing & the girl at the register is so incredibly nice, but the other worker was horrible and has a major attitude... problem. I've been in several times recently, usually everyone there is nice and polite. However, you know when someone istalking about you right in front of you?The maturity of some of the staff is horrible. The high-school giggling and unnecessaryattitude especially when I am the most polite person and pregnant just wanting to get my food because I'm starving. I knew whati wanted and was very nice. They weren't busy just a few people there and to do that and then hesitate serving me when I hadn'teven said a word yet, then continue to talk about me while handing my food to the next worker and them having to tell you tostop it.. because I was right there and it was obvious. I'm not the type of person to make a scene over petty things, and thelady at the end was so nice, especially because I gave them change so someone didnt have to break another bill, that I let itgo. It was okay. Employees forgot my queso. Despite me being the only person in line. They had to reroll my burrito twice. Otherwise... placed seemed clean. Employees weren't very welcoming but I'd at least be willing to go back again. Read more
The girl in the front was not friendly at all, she had a bad attitude. Seems like she hate her job. Then I asked for an extra... scoop of queso and she said it?s an extra 2$. Just for a scoop of cheese?? I had nachos so I was confused on that. I almost justsaid forget it & walked out. This the only location that charges 2$ for 1 scoop of extra cheese. These are supposed to be nachos. DoorDash delivered and they went straight to the trash. I?ve thrown up stuff that looks better.
Workers were very busy and one lady was not very cooperative with the guests, but there was one worker that made the whole... experience for us! She was phenomenal, very timely and efficient. She was working on the hot food side and was very kind ingreeting us and making our food despite the busyness. In between guests she was making online orders super fast and was beingvery nice to her coworkers even when they weren't having the best attitudes. She was younger and had really long braids and agreat attitude! I was a manager at Chipotle and she is the exact kind of worker I would?ve loved on my team!
