When I come here, I never had an issue with anyone taking my order. I go for breakfast and lunch (not in one day ????) but in... this day, I went for breakfast. The only thing I don?t like about their breakfast is the hash brown. It?s always greasy! Itslike that have it sitting in grease. It?s not crunchy. The top and bottom edges are crispy though. To be honest giving this place a one star review is being generous. I have never had a worse experience. The lady yelled at me.... She put my order in wrong and yelled when I corrected her (she still gave us the wrong order. Then she yelled at me because Iguess me putting my drinks in my cup holder was an inconvenience to her. This is the worst taco bell i have been in the united states. I told the lady to hold on a sec because i was looking over the... menu and i quickly said i was ready to order and this is what the lady said "now you have to wait 15 min to order" just becausei told her i that i need a sec to look over the menu. That is the worst place for fast food. Read more
When I pulled up to the drive-through there was only one person in front of me. They told me to wait and literally for over 10... minutes I just sat at the speaker waiting for them to acknowledge me. Finally I placed my order two tacos in the water. Theygave me the tacos and I guess decided to give me whatever hot sauce they decided they wanted me to have without asking. I?mcompletely blocked by the car in front of me and can?t leave as they?re waiting for their food. When that car leaves I?m stillsitting there and the girl comes to the window after about five more minutes and says ?you waiting for somen? water I said. Shelooked irritated got me the water no sorry no thank you no sorry for all the waiting nothing just attitude.. how did they notknow when they hire people with a bad attitude to do these kind of jobs? If we had more people in the world who actually cared about how they treat people the world would be surprised how a better... place. Drive through window is boarded up, the staff did produce the food fast but the worker that welcomes you and takes yourmoney was to concerned with her phone call as apposed to greeting you. As pictured above I paid a extra 1;50 for sour cream andthis is how my tacos came. Shake my head, I can only hope when they make food for there family that put a little more effortinto it. Read more
We drove there after a concert at the amphitheater. We were then promptly told by the employee working that we needed to come... back in ten minutes because they were "swamped" with door dash orders. So we drove away. We were the only ones in line and wehad a 2 hour drive home. If I could give less stars, I absolutely would. The lack or care and professionalism. There is nodifference between a late night door dash rush and a busy lunch rush. This was completely unacceptable. Read more
We went here after a show at St. Louis Music Park because it was close to our hotel. No wait at the order board, so I asked for... a sec to get four orders together. In less than a minute, we had our order ready to go. When I spoke with the young ladytaking orders, the attitude was palpable. After I gave her the first combo, she asked if I was done. When I said no, the sighwas audible. After the third item, she told me to "hold on, hold on, wait a minute". After a couple of minutes she came backon and I completed the order. The attitude only got worse. When I was done, she gave me a "fine, come on". World classprofessionalism right here folks. The dude at the window was fine, took the money, and gave me the order. We drove the fourminutes to the hotel, only to find the food cold and at least three items missing. I'm from Memphis mane. If you come at mewith Memphis attitude, you better be throwing down some Memphis flavor too, not some cold Mexican in a paper sack. Read more
It was just dirty inside the store and the soda machine didnt work. The floor was very very slick especially in the bathroom.... That was not safe and hard to stand on. Who wants their feet to slide apart while they stand and pee. ???????? I wont be backanytime soon. Read more
