Came to this white castles due to another White Castle not wanting to serve us or work, and i was greeted with attitude in drive... thru, then no receipt , and messed up my case, some didn’t have top buns or cheese, some old and cold, and then the otherthey just threw cheddar on, not worth my time to go back being that I’m already late for my job. Oh not to mention a piece ofplastic found while chewing on a burger! I would never treat any customers of mine this way. Absolute trash establishment!!!! Read more
I ordered 5 1921 burgers did not receive them. When I got home there are no 1921 burgers. I called and they indicated that was... true and we could come and get them. My husband went to pick them up. He got home to discover they gave us 5 regular cheeseburgers. We are still down 5.00 dollars on the burgers and I had tipped the orderer and delivered at the window 5.00 Dollarseach for us to be able to order food. Will not go to any White Castle any time soon. Food was as good as always. Service was a bit slow as they are short handed. The brief extra wait was worth it.
Drive Thru order- 10:23pm- Sunday, September 4, 2022 Ordering process seemed rushed. Once we FINALLY got to the window, our... payment was rendered and our beverages handed out. After waiting a few minutes our food was handed out. After pulling away fromthe window we discovered that nothing we ordered was correct and we assumed that they had handed us the wrong order. I proceededto try to get someone's attention to correct the problem, but was unsuccessful because the store doors were locked and no onewas paying attention to anything other than what was behind the counter. I walked up to the drive thru window, due to a longline of cars, and was immediately informed by the person at the window that they had realized they had given me the wrong orderright as I pulled away. My impression was that person at the window found it amusing due to the fact that he was smiling. Ihanded the wrong order back and was handed the correct one back. The fish nibblers had a strong bitter aftertaste as if the oilthey were fried in was old. The chicken on my sandwiches tasted the same. We were not given any forks for our cheese fries whichmakes them even messier than they already are, which wasn't the first time that happened. I WILL NOT be returning to thislocation. Update: September 10th Someone from the store called me back after I filled out the online survey and offered arefund. As of today, my bank account is still not showing said refund. FK this location! No Dr. Pepper, No Sweet tea, No shakes. Incredibly poorly managed. Settled for not getting a drink. Delivery truck parked right... by speaker, couldn't hear anything. Ordered a double cheese, a fish with cheese and cheese fry. Incredibly long wait for 3items. Read more
I understand why customer service has a bad reputation. I hope this place gets shutdown. I got cursed out on July 15 2022 by a... young man who has no home training and a female manager who stood by his action. He used the 'f' word when talking to myself. I placed an order for a bacon breakfast slider extra bacon and no cheese. When I got my sandwich it had a hamburger on it andthe bacon. He and manager stated I didn't order correctly I am an intelligent woman and ordered what I wanted. There willnever be any respect among our people until we are taught better. When your stomach is just feeling too good. When you haven't had heartburn in a few weeks. It's times like these you swing by... the delicious gutbomb called White Castle. For $4.00 you can get a tasty steamed bun and something that resembles a burgerpatty with grilled onions and cheese. They are good, but you will end up tasting it the rest of your evening. Read more
This place is suppose to be 24 hrs but is not last 2 days lights off 5am today went lights on get to the speaker was told system... getting started have to wait 10 minutes ok fine after 10 minutes ordered my food which I got something I didn’t ask for Iorder 10 White Castle sliders got 10 cheese sliders I don’t eat cheese burgers I will not be visiting this location againplease get people in there that want to make money this is not good it’s going down fast and you all have been around for manyyears Read more
