Have been ordering food from here for years now. Everything is always delicious and when I have encountered issues I called over... and sorted it out. This family owned restaurant cares about their customers and service. Everything can't be perfect all thetime but they definitely do their best and always makes fire food! Use to love this place now I feel like it's gone down hill. Ordered food and waited outside for it. Went to pick it up and the... time frame was reasonable but the food was completely wrong. Instead of an apology the guy laughed it off which I thought wasrude. No accountability given just simply we will make it again. Nah ill take that refund. Play with someone else time notmines. Seems to be ran by children that don't want to work. Can't speak on quality considering we didn't get to eat that day????. Also very expensive only ordered 2 cheesesteaks and fries. $35 went to another spot and got the same order for 10 buckscheaper and it was made correctly the first time and taste great. Read more
This business don’t deserve no star at all. Its going down from the poor quality of food and the terrible customer service... from the manager on down to the other incompetent staff. A waste of 30$ my order was wrong and I called to speak to a managerabout it and she had a attitude and kept talking instead of listening then hung on me. I called back a girl answered all I canhear is screaming and yelling in the background. Two different girls got on the phone the manager never got back on the phone.Anyway this issue wasn’t resolved. If u want a successful business again get rid of those miserable people wanting to argueand be negative to paying customers who just want what they pay for. I love the cheesesteaks and taco salads here. Unfortunately it sucks when they deliver the food. I recommend you pick it up. 99%... of the time something is wrong with the order when it gets delivered. I ordered soup on several occasions and it seems like thedriver takes turns too fast because half my soup is spilled in the bag. Read more
Carmelos is definitely not how it used to be. I ordered a Cobb Salad and it had ingredients that are not usually in there. Also... the food was cold and the pizza was so soggy I was shocked and appalled. I will no longer spend money here it was that bad Read more
I have ordered from Carmellos many times since I teach a couple of blocks away. They have a party pizza with 32 slices which is... perfect for the classroom. I ordered this order online. It was a large order and they had it there on time and the order wasperfect. The pizza was very good today. I was nervous about ordering it online but the certainly delivered. I wish I would’vegotten pictures of the yummy pizza but I had 20 hungry kids bad completely forgot to take pictures. Honestly, I would’veordered from Dominos because that is what the majority of the students asked for but they didn’t answer their phone aftercalling three times after their online system failed. The food is great. To me anyway. I never had a problem so far and the delivery person was very polite the food was still hot... when it came. Can't ask for better. Read more
