My pizza spot they are great
Five stars for ease of online ordering/prep/pickup/updates etc. They do a great job! Pro-tip: avoid placing orders in person,... whenever possible, as they will fall short (being that the focus is on seamless online processes). I'd typically knock a star ortwo for lack of customer service in that way, but they rock the online presence so much that they truly deserve five stars! Theyhave pushed the bar higher than competitors, and seemingly passed the savings of less staff down (without compromisingquality). So, for five star service, sign into app or go online to their website, pick store, place order, specify pickup time(including ASAP) and voila! You can even watch the status updates in live time (ex. order received, in the oven, packing it upup, ready to go, etc.)!! Even better, the site will share with you a "unique code" for "unlocking" the keep warm oven up front!!This way, you don't even have to deal with a...single...person! Just, enter your code (doors to your order alone will open) grabyour uber-fresh pizza ????, and go! NO lines required!! Folks in this store move slow and they will let that phone ring and not answer it. They are definitely under staffed there
Cheese bread had runny cheese that looked bad and tasted worse. Hopefully it was just a bad order.
Just take down the “hot n ready” signs. You will never come to this location and find pizzas “hot n ready”. Customer... service is terrible, nobody working here could care less. You pull up and the employees are outside vaping then tell you thereare no pizzas ready, do you still want them. Yes thats what i came here for. This is disgusting I ordered 3 pizzas. Thru the phone , this guy answered and he was talking so weird and started saying weird... things threw the phone like mumbling and calling names out. He said he had got my orders told me to wait for ten minutes Iwaited and I went in and I told the girls that were in there that I ordered something they said nothing was there.. when we hadgot here we seen the worker jumping in the counter he came out and started smoking and it looked like he was high. Pretty slow service! No chairs to sit and wait. There was also a wasp inside the building just flying around the whole time. The... pizza may have been fresh but wasn't even that good. Next time I'll just go to the one in Vineland, because they haven'tdisappointed! Read more
