This place has horrible customer service and is so slow with getting the food prepared and served. I received my order and it... was missing two things and my one sandwich was wrong. The place was dirty and the workers were not kind at all. This is an awfulWendy?s and when the lines started to form the manager was doing nothing but standing around. Quality of fries have improved. Service seemed to have improved. Food has been serve hot lately esp, during lunch time 11:00am... to 1:00pm. Speed at the window lags. Read more

This Wendy?s location needs to do better with their employees. I have to wait like 20 mins just to have my order completely... wrong. They?re always playing and not working. I get a drop of ketchup in my burger and my cheese isn?t even somewhat melted.Quit hiring children. Read more

Worst Wendy's ever went to. There is something fishy being done by employees here. They are cheating customer's on quality and... quantity. Management needs to be fired and replaced by properly trained Managers. Won't go back until it's turned around. Nolarge cups. Charged for medium gave us small cup. Told that's what you get!!!
