Went to grab something quick this morning. Paid for my food and waited for my order to be made. The person making my order had... no gloves on and was digging their hands into different things on the sandwich station to make my order. I asked for a refundbefore they were finished making it. When I told the cashier why I wanted a refund he was rude and told me ?at least she washedher hands? referring to the person at the sandwich station. Read more
The staff working there all looked dazed and confused (ESPECIALLY the Manager), and of course they got my order wrong. The... Manager stared at the receipt like he was reading The Declaration of Independence. He offered to remake the order, only to giveme about half of it....and the half that I was given was still wrong.
