Went to grab something quick this morning. Paid for my food and waited for my order to be made. The person making my order had... no gloves on and was digging their hands into different things on the sandwich station to make my order. I asked for a refundbefore they were finished making it. When I told the cashier why I wanted a refund he was rude and told me ?at least she washedher hands? referring to the person at the sandwich station. Read more
The staff working there all looked dazed and confused (ESPECIALLY the Manager), and of course they got my order wrong. The... Manager stared at the receipt like he was reading The Declaration of Independence. He offered to remake the order, only to giveme about half of it....and the half that I was given was still wrong. This Wendy's is so fast and everything is always fresh and hot and awesome and the people are so nice and everything is great... everytime I go. Which single recently was only a couple times because the other one close to my home across town is justterrible anymore. I wrote a review on that one too. The girl at the pay window that looks like precious couldn't even be bothered to tell me my total. She had an attitude like she... doesn't want to work.
