Gates closed at the Sacred Rose music fest across the street BRANDING IRON to the rescue! The inundated small Sunday staff was... fantastic accommodating an unexpected mass of thirsty hippies until the gates were reopened! Buckets of beer with smiles! Evenput on the Phish jam channel! This was the second night in a row for the Brisket. I have visited here several times and the food is always good and the... waitresses is always attentive. Would have rated this a 5 but tonight's Brisket was alittle dry....gotta earn a 5 out of 5 fromthis food critic.???? Steak Bites week a good choice for an appetizer. I will be back again. Read more
First time here with my boyfriend. We got the bbq smoked salmon, and pulled pork egg rolls for appetizers. Unbelievably... definitely!!! Sliders and smoked brisket were definitely. The staff is so kind, and this place is reasonably priced. $60 for 2apps, 2 entrees, and 4 beers. Read more
Got the BBQ ribs, not bad just average. They weren't hot (about room temperature), same with the mac and cheese. Wasn't... impressed by the flavors. Service was decent overall 3 stars. I liked the venue and the fact that they have specials on beers soI might give it a try again in the future to try the wings or something else. Read more
Our 1st time to BI and we will be back for sure. The service and food were very outstanding from the get go. Anyone visiting... this place should take the negative reviews on several apps with a grain of salt. We always give a place the chance to impressus and win our loyalty, which is exactly what the BI did. As soon as we walked in we were greated with a nice pleasant smile byMichelle. She was very friendly and made us feel at home. After the initial warm welcome by Michelle, Alicia introduced herselfas our waitress and she also had a friendly smile and warm open positive disposition. These friendly vibes lead us to feel ateasy and very relaxed. We wanted to sample several items so we started with the firecracker shrimp and hot wings. Both itemswere spicy but had their own unique flavored sauce. It was very pleasant to realize that BI doesn't use just one kind of saucefor their different menu items. Next we had their bacon jalapeño burger and a half a rack of baby back ribs. We could tell theburger patty was made from fresh ground beef and not prefabricated. The meat was flavorful and spice, it had just the rightamount of seasoning. The ribs were tender and the sauce was sweet but not overly so. We will be back soon to try a few of theirother items.
