Couldn't ask for a better experience. The waitress we had was very caring and went the extra mile to make our Granddaughter... happy! We couldn't believe this waitress brought a highchair to the table for our Granddaughter's stuffed animal that we hadjust bought her at Treasure Days AND strapped it in the seat! This is by far the greatest IHOP in the world! We and the Mrs. come here ALL the time for their exceptional service! We mainly... come here for our server (we always request), Maria, who always makes us smile, remembers our regular order, and makes sure ourfood is served to perfection! This is the best IHOP in the world!!!!! My husband and I have tried others. Nothing compares to the service we get at this... location!!!! They make our food just like we like it every time. Food was good, not great but better than I expected, I had the steak omlette which was delicious, pancakes were also very good,... poured blueberry syrup on then. This is what the pancake came out like total false advertisement compared to original picture on menu but I said something and... the waitress comment was we only allowed a certain amount which I think is rude so why say a sparkly pancake vs what we got.Anyways she gave me a small cup and look at the difference, so this says it was possible but they were just too lazy to make itright its a disappointment. I also ordered a frozen hot chocolate shake and it was melted. There is a reason why they can't keepowners at this place its the service lack of quality food. I had not been to IHOP in a few years because the last time I visited one in FL the food was not great. This time around the... food was delish! Our waiter was super attentive and constantly checked in on us. The food arrived super fast. The location wassuper clean, there was employee cleaning everything including walls! There was another one cleaning all tables. Restrooms weresuper clean as well and was surprised to see that the baby changing table had changing pads! I have not seen a business putthose in years! These are some happy notes and some sad notes here... So use your best judgment.. For one my cheeseburgers were great plenty of... burger plenty of bacon and very delicious the bun was actually delicious... The pancakes were nice and fluffy and great. Mywife's ultimate big meaty breakfast was wonderful and enjoyed it immensely. Now there special ricotta cheese blueberry crepeswere delicious but very small as you can see by the picture I'm leaving ,look how big the knife is and look how big the crepesare, or should I say look how small they are, not very big at all but again delicious but not big. Now those are $12 when askedfor more and usually you get a better deal for crepes would have been $24 which makes no sense. If a burger is $12 and you wantan extra Patty on there to make it a double cheeseburger you don't charge another $12 now do you. So really no deals there. Theydon't have the big array of syrup anymore that you used to have they do not have the four or five compliment tray anymore wewere given small little plastic sample size cups of syrup and did not know which one was which. And the butter was hard insteadof getting soft butter for your hot and soft pancakes. They don't serve the unlimited coffee anymore like they used to. I thinkthis particular IHOP has changed over to new owners. So again there is good here and there is not so good here.. I've beencoming here for many many years and have not seen this particular turnaround.. the giant TVs are annoying, especially with theradio blasting through the speakers. It should be a time for family and get together not to TVs. And again I'm going and basedmy experience on food and quality. And this is way after covid. Just not the IHOP I used to know. Thank you.
