Worst pilot in the USA no Parkin slow service shower taking forever to clean. Three people on cashier and no customers.
Great people , good staf , the lady cleaning ???? the showers does an outstanding job . The manager is polite and the clerk is... leveling out situations in good status . For Chicago Illinois the running of the business is great . Had a good experience I gota massage and the massage recliner chair was clean too . I walked in two times and loved my visit. Instead of cleaning showers they just shut the showers down. Absolutely the worst ppl in the world they 0 courtesy for truck... drivers.. And stayed this way for an 3/day 2/nght weekend! Read more

3 showers avail. I have been in line since 2:30pm for shower. It's now 6:25pm I'm still number 5 from num 12. If u are here on... a rest with nothin to do then yes I can come plan a shower here. If not.....don't plan on nothing but diesel and go. They alsodon't have 24/7 showers coz the other day I had to wait till 6:30 coz nobody was here overnight to clean. I hate Illinois Pilots. It's an urban truck stop. Always packed with locals taking home time. Way too small for the traffic it gets. Understaffed, won't... even try to cover showers on 3rd shift when you might be able to get through without a wait. Their restaurant closed, and I wasalmost blocked in by the shitbags who park wherever they don't get towed. I will definitely be back for some more Mama Luigi's! Read more
I live in my car currently and it's cool if you park overnight here. If you are using the GPS to get here as you get close it... will look like the GPS system is taking you past. The auto entrance is off a side street. Don't worry it's not taking you tobfe. Yes they have lots of food. Read more
