So I go and buy 3 taco dinners, 1 order of nachos, 2 tortas, 8 tacos, and a large drink. Spent about 98 dollars. Get home with... my order and I only have 2 salsas. Why so cheap with the salsas? I wish they would have made me aware that they treat salsa likegold there. If I have to problem spending almost 100 dollars on tacos I would have to problem paying you for the salsa. Justmake me awake. I called the next day just to make them aware cause I was upset to eat my Mexican food with to hot sauce. Theyasked me for receipt number and time, what the hell are you going to do now. I?m not asking for anything just making you awareso that you don?t loose customers over petty stuff like salsa. Okay so i took a picture because this is not the first time i have a problem with this place. Theres people line up at 8:45 and... they are telling the people they are close..... when i told them im getting a pick up they said okay. then just go to thewindow.... there was a car ahead of us and was told they are close. smh. On 9/16/2022 at 8:50PM my husband called to place an order on the phone. The lady that took our order never once mentioned that... this location closed at 9PM. We assumed it closed at 10PM because that's what google has down for your place of business. Shesaid the order would be ready in 15- 20 minutes. I arrived at your location drive thru window at 9:03P. The guy at the windowvery rudely mouthed closed. I tried to speak as loudly as I could that I was picking up an order and he just shook his head andignored me. My husband called the location, in which said guy did answer and my husband explained the situation. He said it wasour fault for not asking and verifying what time it closed, and then he proceeded to say that our order was there and made, butmy husband let him know we were not going to go pick it up because we had already made the drive there once, and he hung up onhim. It was a $80+ order, which is a loss for me because we didn't get our dinner, and it's an even larger loss for your placeof business. If this man, who refused to give his name, is one of your managers running your restaurant he is doing it verypoorly and causing you to lose money. This isn't the first time this restaurant has given us very poor customer service, but itis the last because we will no longer be giving our money to this establishment. As someone that runs a business for a largecorporation, I would retrain or perhaps replace your entire staff in this location. Read more
Just walked in at 8:40PM on a Friday night to have dinner with my son and was greeted with "sorry were about to close take out... only." Their website says they close at 10PM. Horrible management you never turn away customers. Took our business down thestreet to Los Comales. Much better atmosphere and friendly greeters. Read more
Tacos are great but their drive thru is horrible. A couple of weeks ago I ordered and they gave me a number and said I had to... park in front and wait for someone to take the food out. Everything seemed fine until 10 min passed by then the girl finallycame out with like 6 to 8 bags of people's orders. When I got mine my tacos were all cold because the girl decided to wait forall those orders instead of taking them out as they became ready. Yesterday was the same thing but I told cashier that theybetter not do that because food is cold by time we get it. This time was better but they are still taking way too long. Read more
I have previously love steak tacos each visit. This visit they served me steak nachos no cheese. I had to drive all the way back... from Oak Lawn. I told them that's not a mistake you would make you know what you are giving people. Consistency is king. 3 starsis because it was good eats til this. Read more
Was waiting in the drive thru for almost an hour. There was a line in front and in back of me. So I couldn't get out. When I... went to pay I asked how much longer they said they were working on them. I still waited another 15 minutes. Food is good, butservice sucks. Read more
