I love pizza king and even worked there in my youth!! Service was terrible and continues to get worse!! Paid for my order and... instead of getting it the young lady answered the phone. Ok fair enough kinda but then the older lady I'm guessing the managerignored me to ring a her friend up and decide to chat for a good 5 minites. My twists were done the entire time. Then irequested them well done and they are doughy and undercooked!! How can the Seaford store ALWAYS do them right and Bridgevillestore NEVER DOES!! The picture shows the raw dough!! All I ordered was fries when I got them they were hard n old so I brought it to there attention n asked them to make me a fresh... order they said ok they bagged them up n gave them to me so I opened up the bag to find the same fries reheated. I told themthey must be joking and they said no we cooked you fresh fries. No way they were fresh. End result was them saying if we cookanymore they'll be the same. So needless to say I took the fries cause I had other food in the car that was getting cold. SuperFrustrated. Especially with stuff not being cheap nowadays... I Will NEVER RETURN to this location... First time eating and I was impressed. Slice of pizza was amazing, flavorful sauce lots of cheese and quality toppings. I also... had a classic roast beef and it met my expectations. Waitress was friendly and quickly filled up my ice tea. Read more
Love this PK. Have never had a problem with our orders and Ashley is a wonderful server. She takes everything in stride and... still smiles with a real smile. I'm sorry I don't remember the person that sat behind me, but she also worked there but was offduty. It was cool with both hollered at the same time that the people went to the bathroom, so leave their drinks. That wasdone several times and then we discovered that the couple HAD gone to the bathroom and had already left. A good laugh was hadby all. In the meantime, we got pizza instead of our usual cheesesteak subs. Pizza was really good and yet we still had to askfor a box. So much better with the food then our last time at the PK in Seaford. Don't know if I want to go back to that one, but will certainly go to Bridgeville PK! The last time I went to this PK, we decided to get our usual scrumptious cheesesteaks. We order the whole so we can take half home for supper. Unfortunately, I went through the same problems I had at the Seafordlocation. I even asked if the chef was the same one. They assured me it wasn't, but my order was not as I requested and I lostmy desire to return there for quite some time. All I got from them was a "sorry about that." No partial refund, no "so muchoff" coupon or a chance to talk to the manager. Is it just me or is it a problem at all PKs? Read more
