Food always done fast and half the time missing ingredients that were paid for. Ordered toasted pepperoni classic with... bacon(paid extra for the bacon), got home to find no bacon OR marinara sauce! Also seems suspiciously under toasted. Some of theemployees behind the deli counter don't care and it shows, reflects poorly on the employees who want to do a good job. I stop atwawa when I don't have time to make dinner, I shouldn't have to police everything in my order when it produces an actual list ofthe ingredients. Read more

Visited this location Sat 6/25/22 around 11, Visited this location Sat 6/25/22 around 11/11:30pm for my initial order & visited... the Bridgeville location hoping to rectify the issue at approx 12am Sun 6/26/22 and ordered a Mac n cheese bowl (Mac n mashedon bottom and chicken strips on top with corn bread and bbq dip on the side) I was traveling to Baltimore, so I decided to pickup food on the way down my route.(My route began in Millsboro,De) I didn't open the food until I was in Seaford, which is whenI see bbq sauce splattered all across the top, saturating both the chicken strips and Mac n mashed potatoes... I'm big on myfood not touching, especially with condiments. & even with wiping off what was covered I still couldn't tolerate the taste, northe fact that about 25% or more of my food had to be wasted without compensation of some kind, or just simply having my ordermade as requested. So I stop to the next nearest Wawa, hoping they're nice enough to fix the mistake their fellow store made,as I'm not from the area, and heading the opposite direction of the original store But unfortunately without even attempting toverify my order (bc I had the receipt in my hand) The woman proceeds to hardly listen to my issue and walks to her GM and thenwalked back to me saying they couldn't fix the order , and she advised that I return to the original store, in her words "it'snot that far away" Now I'm not one to make a big deal out of nothing, but I hadn't ate all day, and the original store messedup my order and all I wanted was for my order to be made as it should have been, and being the fact that I've worked for Wawabefore, I assumed they wouldn't have a problem fixing the issue especially since it was the same store name, just a differentlocation. & Being the fact that I'm traveling and couldn't afford to circle back, I was terribly offended when the womansuggested I simply return to the original store as though this wasn't a further inconvenience Read more
Couldn't get my Google pay contactless thing to work and of course my bill was only $6.85 but spent 15 minutes trying to get it... to work and I've had the worst luck in this past 2 weeks while it being stolen or lost one or the other and the girl help me outand I really appreciate it even though it was four pack of cigarettes which you know it's not a necessity but it's my onlystress reliever so I want to thank the girl and hopefully it will come back to her 10 times more. I'm so happy the turkey gobbler sandwich is back. I somehow pressed cold turkey instead of hot. A nice lady remade my sandwich... and showed me my mistake. She was very nice and understanding. Everyone was nice an friendly. I wish we had wawa stores inMississippi. Read more
