This is the worst Bob Evans out there. Use to go all the time but 1 day they must of changed cooks or something and it was never... the same again. Gave them another chance yesterday. I dont leave many reviews unless the service is really bad. There were 5 cars in the parking lot so we were expecting to be in... and out: not the case. They were completely understaffed for a Saturday at 6 o?clock: 4 people total working in the place. (1host, 2 servers, and a cook)all seemed young and unprofessional. Not only did it take us 15 minutes before our waitress evencame to get our drink order, 30 minutes to get our drinks, and an hour to get our food, but the orders were wrong, the qualityof the food was mediocre, some of our items didn?t come out at all and the waitress was so busy she didn?t come back to untilshe brought the check. She was nice and she tried to rectify the situation by giving us the missing items to go, but we willprobably never return. Idk where the 4-5 star reviews came from? Must?ve been with a different group of staff. When we left,there were at least 10 empty tables, but the waiting area was packed and I could hear the kid/host telling the people it wasgoing to be a 30 minute wait. Read more

My first Bob Evans experience was probably 30 years ago in Ohio, and it was top notch. Not having Bob Evans locations in... Nebraska (that I am aware of), I am only able to visit them when I am traveling. The decor at this location was exactly what Iexpected having visited several now. Our waitress was attentive and tried to be communicative, but seemed to always be yellingat us with a thick Korean accent which sometimes made it challenging to understand her. The food didn't look very good and wasnot cooked the way we ordered which was disappointing and not aligned to my past positive experiences with this chain. Read more
