Great food. Pizza dough is incredible. We had deep dish, traditional and white, all were amazing. The salad was awesome too.
WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! Terrible customer service. Sat down 10 min before a little league team and restaurant serve the... team first. Took over an hour to get an order of fries for my 3 year old. Waitress was completely unapologetic and didn?t care. Asked for a manager who wouldn?t come out to talk to us. Pretty rare for me to write a review but this experience was so bad. Good luck at this place. Read more
Service was slow at best, Order was wings, and two different pizzas, Wings were over done, like to the point of being dry,... barely any dry rub on them Pizza one was soggy in the middle, after further inspection,we soaked up two full napkins of liquidfrom under the pizza,and the other pizza was also soggy but not near as bad. Management did remove the first one from thebill, We didn't inspect the other,until we got home. When it came to the check it took forever to get,and forever to get thechange. We went here with family before 7pm so the wait wasn?t TOO bad. It was during the playoff game between the Penguins and Rangers,... so it was a bit loud since we?re not huge sports fans but having moved to Pittsburgh 9mos ago, this definitely helped us feel abit more welcome. The food wasn?t all that warm when it arrived. I got garlic fries which were okay but there was a big pool ofgarlic butter at the bottom of the basket. Maybe some people like that in their garlic fries - I kind of shrugged it off. Thewhole appetizer was tolerable at the worst and good at best. I?ll get to my entree shortly. My girlfriend got buffalo wingswhich she said were very very salty, and a small plain pizza she wasn?t crazy about. I tried her pizza and the cheese was goodbut the whole piece tasted a little? chunky. Onto my entree. I got the super chicken pizza. We had to wait 8-10mins longer forit because there was an issue with ?the tickets? in the kitchen. Our server Dominique was so nice about this and it was obvioushow bad she felt about it. I?ve never seen someone so upset about a pizza - you could tell she actually cared. The pizza itselfwas kind of mediocre. It tasted even chunkier than the plain. The top was clogged with giant pieces of tomato and broccoli, andI swear there was a bit too much provolone. If it weren?t for Dominique, this would be three stars. Read more

First time I went we had this deep dish pizza and those hot wings that were delicious!! Second time went with some friends we... had the same pizza, the hot wings, wings with the buff dust dry rub, they were both great! Also had some drinks and someHefeweizen beer with a orange on top that was soo good!! Service there for the first time I didn?t like, the waitress wouldn?teven look at our face, was also kinda throwing things at the table, giving more attention to other customers?. I love the food here. Been focusing on the pastas. Can't go wrong wit penne alla vodka or fettuccine alfredo. Hook it up with... the sausage and eat it all. Best come hungry. The pizzas are so pretty, one day I'll get to them. Read more
