DeBlaze Grill is literally the best restaurant in Bridgeville!! I cant stop eating there!! The chicken Piccata and the DeBlaze... Smokehouse burgers are my favorites!! And I know it's gonna sound crazy but nothing in the world beats their Brussel sprouts!! Imean for real, I'm addicted to them!! Usually I get it delivered to me but today I actually went there and the place is reallynice inside too. The ppl that work there were very cool, personable, knowledgeable and the cocktails were amazing! I even foundout that the bartender makes his own bitters and smokes his own cherries!! Service was ok but nothing special and the food was good (Bone in Rib Eye and Sea Bass) so no complaints but not elite as... expected for the price. For the price there are way better places, i.e Eddie Vs, Melting Pot, Capital Grille, Eddie Merlots,Monterey Bay, etc. Everything was fine until the bill came. Didn't ask if I was paying with cash or card, but the bill had a 4%credit card fee already there. Never disclosed nor discussed. I work in the credit/debit industry and the fee they charge is1-2%, not 4% - so they are trying to profit extra from credit/debit users without disclosure before. I questioned it, was toldtwo dive bars in the area charge so they do. Difference, the food and drink at these other places were $50 and my bill here was$159 (both entrees and 4 craft beers). 4% on top equals so much more than two local dive kind of bars with decent food! I wastold it was a waste of time to speak to the owner because it would not be taken off nor discounted. Not disclosing wherecustomers can see, and the extra which is profit is a no go for me! Shame because they were decent and about a half a mile frommy new place, and I eat out 2-3 days a week. If I go again it will be way less than I would have without this dumb fee. Read more
Had dinner there and got a 8oz filet that was market price on menu. It didn?t look very big when it came out so was already... disappointed. Tasted fine but wasn?t big enough. Should have asked for price but never dreamed it would cost $50. That isoutrageous. The final insult was this: paid with credit card and they slap a 4% surcharge on top. Ordered some food for take out. I ordered the De'bacon burger. Top notch for sure. The meat blend is amazing. A ridiculous... amount of bacon. Brioche bun lettuce tomato mayo! I'll buy stock in this burger. May be the best burger I've ever had. Highlyrecommend trying that if you fancy bacon at all ????! Also, the rest of the food was very good as well. Read more
Had a terrible experience and very bad customer service. I ordered the steak sandwich with just cheese and steak, no peppers, ... onions, or mushrooms. Waiter Jacob said no problem. When we got the sandwich, it had onions so I assumed they forgot or messedup. When he asked how it was, i said it had onions. His response was yes it does, we make it in big batches with onions. We'llya think you'd tell us that when we ordered?? He made us feel dumb like we should know it was made with onions. No "I'm sorry"or "can i get you something else" or even acknowledge the order was wrong in any way. Crazy! Won't be back. Read more

Always love the food and service here and tonight was no different. But..they are following with others to pass on credit card... surcharges of 4 percent which turns me off. I have already boycotted one restaurant due to this and will look for other placesthat don't pass this on. Read more
