Having dined at the Firebirds in the North Hills, we looked forward to visiting the new location, but were disappointed with our... experience. The loaf of bread was dry and served with no oil. Buttering the bread with a steak knife was a laugh. Where are thebutter knives? My red snapper was good, not great. The shrimp and rice were the best part of the entree. Our server describedthe seasonal vegetables as a wonderful mix, but it turned out to be 4 skinny spears of bland asparagus. My wife’s Caesar saladdressing was weak. Adding shrimp helped the dish. As we finished our meal, our server never offered dessert or coffee, butsimply said, ‘do you want your check?’ She then placed it on top of the bread and butter, which was in front of my wife. Iasked if she always gave the check to the lady. She replied that ‘since your wife had a coupon, I assumed that she waspaying.’ It’s a new place, with a few improvements needed. Very poor management and customer service skills. Food was not bad but not worth the experience.

We made a last-minute reservation to check it out for dinner & loved it. Amazingly accommodating hostesses, super quick service,... & a great ambience. Drinks & food were excellent, we’ll definitely be back with friends next time. Read more

First time having dinner and unfortunately ended up with 2 pieces of hairs on two different services. One on shareable bread... service board and one in impossible burger. Although I liked the environment and the staff, I will not try again. Read more

This is the worst place to go, I got charged for some one else’s bill plus my own then the waitress gave herself a nice tip... that I never left on my card. If you decide to waste your time here MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CASH so you don’t have the same problemI’m having around the holidays! Read more

Came here for dinner for the first time and had a great visit- everything was awesome- better than expected. Everything was... delicious, served in a timely manor, wait staff was very attentive. Managers were kind and attentive as well. It was myhusband's birthday and they gave us the creme Brule cheesecake with a nice presentation that read "happy birthday" along with acard signed by all of the staff. I would recommend firebirds.
