Guess this one closes at 9:35. Unless you like 1 wheat bread or 1/2 of a regular but it already has mayo on it. ???????

Subs are great as always. Delivery is no longer ?freaky fast?. I live in walking distance from this location and work about a... mile from there. I often want to have JJ on my lunch break and will most times order through the app and pick up at the store.However, for the recent few times that I choose the delivery option, my food has taken 1 hour or more to be delivered. The lasttime I even ordered 45 minutes before my lunch break and sat by the door for my entire 30 minute lunch waiting for the food toarrive. Sorry JJ I think that I?m going to stick to our local pizza joint for subs from here on out. Read more
Had a customer service delivery issue posted below this top review. I wanted to say though that the issue was resolved within 18... hours or less and the respect and care I received from jimmy johns was of upmost professionalism and has 100% EARNED MY BUSINESSBACK. GREAT JOB!! THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT TEAM THERE IN BRIDGEVILLE AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS BACK TO THEM. I love this storedon't get me wrong and it would be a 5 start review. I assume the issue is with staffing right now, but I will order deliveryfrom them about once a week and more times than not, I get a call either saying that they sent their driver home early, or theydon't have a driver on staff that night. I literally joked with my friend, "how much you bet they call and say they don't havethe staff tonight" 3 minutes later, I got the call. I feel sorry for the embarrassment the staff must face having to make thatcall. Corporate must find something to do, to provide this team with the tools they need to thrive. Read more
The food isn?t bad at all, typically fresh and good. The delivery service is the opposite of ?freaky fast? though. Our business... is roughly 1 mile from the Jimmy Johns, and whenever we order food it?s roughly 35-45 minutes to get delivered. Used to be 10-15minutes, not sure what happened. Don?t order if you are in a hurry. Read more
