Have been thinking over this review for a while to try to sort out my thoughts on it. The shop is right next door to a place I... get my nails done. I have stopped in on two occasions to grab coffee and breakfast before my nail appointments. Both times Iarrived 30 mins before my nail appointment and both times ordered a hot latte and a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel, not abig order. The first time, I got my coffee but had to wait another 25 minutes for my sandwich to be done. They completely forgotabout my sandwich, causing me to be late to my nail appointment. While at my appointment, I was urged to give them another try.Upon my second attempt here, I got the same thing. My latte didn?t take too long, but my breakfast sandwich was forgotten aboutagain. It was funny too because both times the staff of girls came out, looked me dead in the eye, and then went back to theback. The second time the one younger girl was too concerned with counting her tips, then to ask me if I had gotten everything Ineeded. Seems like all the employees want to just sit and talk rather than make breakfast sandwiches. Safe to say they fooled mynot only once, but twice, and I will not be returning. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because a girl (not thetippper-counter) was kind enough to give me a pastry item to go as well. Safe to say, I will never be returning! Read more

Wonderful local spot with a ton of atmosphere, seating inside and out, an impressive menu (they have everything from breakfast... sandwiches to paninis to beet salads) and, goes without saying, great coffee! The Bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich was delicious. The bagel was soft, fresh and nicely toasted. You could tell the egg was... cracked fresh and fried just right. The cheese was nice and melty. I also ordered a Vanilla Latte. This was my first timehaving one of their lattes. I use their ground coffee to make espresso drinks at home. Their coffee has a very smooth mouthfeelwith hints of chocolate and nuttiness on the end that?s delightful. Highly recommend! Would be great if they sold whole beancoffee in the future! Read more

Good food but I was disappointed when I picked up my salad take out order to find that there was Gorgonzola cheese on my salad,... when I clearly stated while ordering online no Gorgonzola due to being pregnant and safety reasons. I picked off what I couldsee of the cheese (which wasn?t easy) but I hope that next time they pay more attention to the special directionssection. Update****They were very apologetic and quick to give a full refund to me for the salad. Very professional in handlingtheir mistakes. I will be back! Read more

The staff were so patient and friendly. I had a complex order and they delivered it perfectly and with a smile. The flavors of... all my items (lattes, cinnamon rolls, and hot chocoa bomb) were delicious. And can I add the cup wraps were ADORABLE?! Iwill definitely be back! :) Read more

I love the vibe here. LaBella bills itself as a fierce independent shop and they live up to that local connection. It?s shops... like this that make the local business community unique and livable. The coffee is good, better than Starbucks. The sandwichesare ok, although mine was described as ?piled high? with meat was pretty lacking. The sides are tasty and show a commitment toquality for every part of the meal. The environment is cozy although we found our table needing a deep cleaning and overall thefurniture and rugs need replacing. Read more
