Was traveling home and stopped to get a bite to eat. 7:30 pm store closed at 9. There was 4 of us we got soup and sandwiches.... After ordering and waiting for our food was told the lobby was closed for cleaning we had to take our food with us. There was nosigns any where letting us know that we could not sit to eat our food. First time having their food...was far from impressed. Steak was under cooked and no flavor. Strange set up in my opinion. Major... disconnect between employees and customers. EXPENSIVE for small portions. Others seemed to like it, just not for me so I can notrecommend. Read more

Enjoyed my lunch there. It was a great and the cashier was really nice and respectful.
I found a bug in my soup. Unfortunately it was the chicken and wild rice soup, so I am unsure if this was the only one. Also the... soup was all broth so by the time I had gotten to this point, I didn?t even have anything of the soup other than broth. Emailedcorporate. Read more
This is honestly the worse Panera around. I have had so many bad experiences and I keep giving them more changes. Well no... more. Today I ordered lunch for myself and co-workers and had a coupon for free delivery so went that route. Our order camequickly via Door Dash no problem. However, an item was incorrect. We paid for a bowl of soup but received a cup. I called thecafe to let them know and the manager immediately got irate and said that I placed the order via Door Dash and i need to take itup with them. I was trying to tell her that I placed the order via the Panera App but she kept yelling over me. I finally gotthat message across and said that Door Dash only picks up the order and the manager started screaming at me saying how rude Iwas!!!!! This person was acting like an insane person! She finally spat that she would refund me the amount for the soup. Sheasked for my credit card. I told I paid through Paypal and she wanted that account #. At that point, I told her I didn't evenwant the refund. I have never been screamed at like that over a wrong order. I was never rude, This was the mostunprofessional, horrible person I have ever had to deal with. I won't be going there ever again! Read more
