Every time I go to pick up, the woman at the counter is extremely friendly and the food is great.

Ordered at 6pm. Email said 720pm delivery. Arrived cold at 8:15pm. Also on multiple occasions I order the pizza go thru the... entire process and go to check out. After I hit the check out button I get a message saying the location is not taking orders atthis time. Very frustrating. thanks! Read more
Food never shows up and when you try to call, you get routed to a call center. The call center tried 4 times to transfer me to... the store. All failed. After an hour and a half, I loaded up my kids to drive there. When I arrived I was treated like it wasunreasonable to expect 1) that the food would arrive in the 25-35 minutes quoted, or 2) less than 50 minutes after receiving the?your pizza is on the way with the driver? text. Placed an order online. Received an email it was received except the location was closed. Upon further review, it was sent to... a location far from us. Called store and they were aware the store was closed. They were less than helpful too... My husband wasvery upset at the closed store and having to drive to other one. We placed a delivery order online. After about an hour I tracked the order and it still said ?order received?. We tried calling... numerous times only for it to ring and ring and then disconnect us each time. So being frustrated we actually drove to the storeto find our order was still there. There were others there as well going through the same issues. They still charged us the$3.99 delivery charge and tip! Then we ordered a pizza with half meat and half veggies (I don?t eat meat). There were only twopieces of pizza I could eat, as there was pepperoni on most of it. So disappointed! Read more
This is without a doubt the only Pizza Hut worth going to in the South Hills area including Washington Pennsylvania and... Cannonsburg. The staff is always pleasant even though they are often running short staffed. The food is always made exactlycorrect and tastes just like Pizza Hut should. I regularly travel out of my way from Mcmurray area to Bridgeville to get mypizza from this store because their service is just so much better than every other Pizza Hut around! The manager and her staffat the store should be commended for doing an excellent job! Read more
