Twice now, the food preparation was terrible. Incorrect or missing items from our wraps. AND MESSY. The store was also dirty and... under staffed. Sheetz Corp needs to either hire more workers or pay their employees more to care about their jobs, becauseSheetz brand and reputation is going down hill. Will not patronize again. Read more
Fine if you want gas. Wouldn't recommend anything else, the staff are under supplied, they didn't have some things. My drink was... made very poorly (supposed to be frozen mocha, was watery and tasted bad). Manager seemed to be in a bad mood, overwhelmed withwork, and not concerned about how dysfunctional it felt in there. Read more
Smaller portions and higher prices. We ordered a burrito bowl and got maybe 2 small pieces of chicken only. The rest of the food... quality has gone down a long with the sizes as well. Will not be coming back anytime soon. Read more
Wow... This is not your average sheetz location. The food line lacked any supervisory or management staff. 3-4 Employees were... overwhelmed and they just looked lost. There were 8 orders on the pick up area and none of them were for the 10-12 guestswaiting. I don't know if its a lack of training or poor management, but something isn't right at this store. Well start with extreme dirty exterior, garbage strewn everywhere. Wrong food made. Customer dropped drink accidentally and mgr... just sort of left it. No spill signs put up. It did get cleaned up eventually, but it was certainly not a priority. See if youcan spot the issue with the food vs the order slip. Read more
Order food here on the regular without any issue. Buy U88 (E-15) every time I am here. Usually for a great price. Bathrooms... are kept clean and the shelves are well stocked. Read more
What is going on at this Sheetz? I'm a hard core Sheetz fan but this location has something seriously wrong. The store is... filthy, there was a significant amount of trash in the parking lot, and the food we ordered was cold and not properly prepared.This isn't the Sheetz I know and love. Fortunately the Bridgeville/South Fayette location seems to be immune to this and issignificantly better run. The biggest problem is the seeming indifference Sheetz corporate has to this location. Don't tell meto call an 800 number. Get this location back to what a Sheetz should be. Read more
