Worst fast food ever. Chik fil a will be opening soon. I wasted 17 bucks on nasty Philly cheesesteak and a kids corn dog meal.
Worst Sonic in any state I visited. Customer Service - "0" Online App. For Ordering - was down - "0" Drive thru blocked by... employees vehicle - "0" Order not right had to return. - "0" Food: Tater Tots tasted old and stale - "0" Drinks: Not a Limeade,ordered both Cherry & Cranberry Limeades and tasted like a store bought Cranberry/gingerale. Could not decipher between the twoas they tasted the same. - "0" Positives: Bacon burgers and coney/chili dog good. This is where I gave a 1 ???? Will neverreturn to this location. Read more
The manager Miranda is amazing!!!! I got 2 corn dogs that were a little battery on the inside, which wasn't a big deal but I was... a little upset about it, she went above and beyond and brought me out 2 fresh corn dogs that were amazingly cooked and soo goodand also brought me out another drink that we had on our order when I didn't even ask for it!! App. to order online was not available as well as the drive thru was blocked off. Could not take advantage of the promotional... offer as it had to be ordered through the app. We ordered at the restaurant and the person taking our order from the speakerhad to ask us more than 2-4 times what we wanted. We ordered 3 different combos and repeated every one over and over.(Restaurant manager/owner needs to fix or replace headsets and or speakers). Took over 10 minutes to order. When we receivedorder, we asked for 6 ranch dressings, we got 2. Asked for a cherry limeade and cranberry limeade with light ice. The cup was3/4 full. Both drinks did not taste like limeades. No lime in it, but both tasted the same, like a Canada Dry CranberryGingerale. Asked for a cup holder as we ordered shakes too and did not receive one. The tater tots were overcooked as it wasdry. Burgers and coney dogs were good. Do not recommend this location as the server has no personality and doesn't seem to wantto be there. I gave a 1 star for the order taker as she at least returned to apologize as we went back to fix our drinks. Read more
Sonic always seems like hit or miss for me having lived all over the country but this one is consistently pretty good. The... employees are always friendly which is hard to come by in fast food anymore and the food always comes out good. Not undercooked,burnt or cold. It's nice to find a good Sonic because they always have the best drinks. Still putting a real lime and cherry inthe cherry limeades in 2022 is above the bar...bars don't even do that and you pay $$$$$. Buy a bottle and go to sonic for thewin! Don't drink and drive ????. Went back and changed my review from 4 stars to 5 with how quickly they responded and how theyrespond to all comments. I appreciate this a lot in a company. This was our first time at Sonic in many many years and we loved it. It was a mobile order, their app barely gave me any... problems, it was a very easy check-in and pick-up process. Ken served our food with a smile, whoever prepared it didn?t miss orscrew up a single detail, and I hope other Sonic locations do their job like this one does. The food was amazing. We got picklefries, mozzarella sticks, a plain burger, and their ?big dill? burger. The big dill is not your average triple big macdouble-pounder mega bacon cheese exclusive special. It seriously packs itself with flavor and crunch, in my experience that muchmore effectively replicates what?s dramatically advertised in fast food commercials. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. 11 am on a Wednesday. First time at a sonic in years. Fries were cold, the ladies working were rude, and the top bun of my... burger was stale and hard. Should have gone with my gut (which is upset now), and went to subway. I don?t recommend. A shametoo, the beef in the burger is good. Read more
