I have now ordered cappuccino twice from this store - maybe I'm spoiled, but what they served me was not a cappuccino - there is... very little (1/8 of an inch) steamed/frothed milk on the top, mostly just lukewarm milk filling up the cup... it weighs the sameas a regular coffee. The coffee in it did not have the strength/taste of espresso. If this was the experience I wanted, I wouldhave just ordered coffee with lots of cream - that would have been a lot cheaper. Totally remodeled store and nice now but drink left lot to be desired and was no where near full and had tons of bubbly foam... ontop of it when I ordered a mocha which generally doesn't have any at all. Left and went to mom and pop place where cup is tothe brim and way way cheaper. For being in many lawsuits regarding this exact issue I'm surprised they all still do it. The employees are always nice! They sometimes don't have things to make drinks. However, for being right off the interstate, you... never know when they are open or not. Usually hand written signs that say closed... 7pm on a Sunday was ready to order on theapp and it says location closed... They have to lose a TON of business!! I've seen a line of cars to go through the drive thruto read a hand written closed note before.. sometimes I save money and take the gamble out of it and just go to getgo right nextdoor. Read more
I love Starbucks and I have no problems paying $7 for my favorite drink however what is bothersome is that I am charged $1.25 to... add sweet cream to my drink and only this location seems to never add it in until im handed my drink with no cream. Staff isalways really friendly but to fix their mistake they dump out coffee and cold foam and make a mess of my cup all to add creamthat should have been put in in the first place and im then left with a very sticky cup and time wasted (I always mobile orderahead of time to pick up and go). Just very disappointed I will likely stop using this location in passing. Read more
The crew were good, great coffee as always. Ample parking space but didn't have enough seating and felt bit cramped. Great for a... quick meeting with one person. If more than that, I would prefer a different location. Read more
Worst service and coffee at any Starbucks I have visited to date. Drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside and place... my order. Took a few minutes to be acknowledged and a few more for my order to be taken. Every single car got their order as Istood there for mine. By the time I reveived mine, it was not made right. From the store to my car, my frappe looked like waterdown coffee. Not ever returning to this location. Read more
