Don't waste your time with mobile orders, they are really nice here but I've tried changing my daily order at least 5 times and... every single day whatever I've ordered is sold out. I've never seen a dunkin so under stocked before, this is a problem everyday that defeats the purpose of using the convenience of mobile ordering. The will offer substitutions but who has time to listout several items just to hear "we're out of that too." Read more
I just stood in line to buy coffee. I greeted the cashier and she did not respond. Another worker placed my coffee on the... counter and pointed to the cup. She never said here is your coffee. I have to say that this dunks is the best I could go to any dunks but I come here Alicia, holly ,Jocelyn ,Ashley, rich are all... great ( I hope I spelled their name correctly if not sorry guys) And if I forgot someone I'm sorry your all great.. I canhonestly say they are fast kind they get your order correct everytime and if your a regular like I am they know your order..everytime I come in Alicia's crew is always cleaning or keeping busy... the store is always clean and staff is always happy andthey treat all their customers great.. I can honestly say if I was to work at a dunks it would be this one because what I'veseen and heard Alicia is a kind caring boss and I know I would want to work in an environment where everyone is treated sokindly.... keep up the fantastic work... I came in and the manager was degrading her employees, while she was wearing a TACOBELL sweatshirt?.. Everytime I come in the... manager is dressed inappropriately. Ive never seen a dunkin donuts represented this way. Absolutely awful. I would never comehere again after the way I heard her treating her employees. I wouldn't speak to my worst enemy that way.The manager there is sobeyond unprofessional. The good employees never last at this location from what I can see. Read more
I been to a lot of DD and not a single one is as consistent as this one. The staff makes my coffee perfect every time and foods... hot every time. The staff overall amazing and I appreciate the amount of effort they put in to make the mornings of so manypeople including my self. So come visit these beautiful women!!! Read more

Wow! Usually with Dunkin' you get a subpar experience, usually leaving you with disappointment and regret. This location is the... exception and this should be the standard! I wish I had gotten the receipt so I could let corporate know how amazing this tripwas! I ordered a medium iced caramel latte. My usually when I go, so I've had some pretty bad ones and some pretty goodones. After I ordered the supervisor carefully trained and guided the employees to show them how to properly make the latte.Giving step-by-step directions what goes in first. Then she advised the girl to stir not shake the latte. And to put caramel onthe lid (and told them if someone gets mocha to put mocha on the lid). And put my cup in a Styrofoam cup to keep it cold. Itasted it and WOW. What a difference! I wish Dunkin' Donuts would utilize an across the board way on how to properly makedrinks to a standard, similar to a Starbucks. They should use the supervisor on duty here to train at other locations. If everytime I ordered a drink from all Dunkin' Donuts I would go there all the time. The problem is inconsistency.
