Don't think i will ever buy in this store again. I redeemed a breakfast and a coffee with my point when i get to the store... they worker or owner he didn't have 711 uniform would not allow me to redeem anything made up a bunch of excuses so i ended upleaving lost my point and didn't get anything for it ????. I was visit this store on June 8,2021 Monday evening and I bought some juice and Gatorade use my reward so all of my item goes... free but cashier ask me to pay $2.50 I said how come I wanna pay bcs I use my point so it?s come free but he not give goodanswer and tell me come tomorrow when manager is here but I from other state . Then other cashier ( Lady) she is not in 7-11uniform is talk roughly but Man cashier says I give money from my pocket and he pay me my $2.50 what ever he charge me . I have been here multiple times and had good an bad experiences as both a customer and 3rd party auditor. The past few times... I've been in for audits the managers/register staff were very nice and let me do my work quickly. Also, I love a good Slurpee! Read more

The cashiers do not focus on the person in front of them, Instead of calling for help he bounce from one registered to the... other without taking care of the first person what was me, people aren't impressed on how fast you are but with the care thatyou take with the person that's in front of you, I just think it's very unprofessional and you can make mistakes a lot quickerand easier by doing that , I just experienced this today and they looked at me like as if I had two heads when I asked theperson to please stay here and finish ringing me up after the first The first cashier had started and then bounced off before Icould even slide my card into the card reader that's very unprofessional way to do business, and if that's going to continueI'll just wait until the Wawa next door opens up with her next month to get my coffee.
