The food at Charleys Philly Steaks are really good! The staff at this location was pleasant and it was well set up for COVID. ... The entire staff wore gloves and it appeared very well maintained and clean. We ordered the chicken cheese steak with cheesefries. The portion is pretty good and the taste is excellent! This rating is not for the food because Charlie's is actually good, more for this unheard policy of not accepting Bill's over... 20$. Located inside of a Mall how does this happen?? I've been to many Charlie's throughout the state and never heard of such athing especially when your located inside of a Mall . Typical fast food. No better. No worse. Took star off because service was chaotic. It wasn't very busy but staff had a hard time... matching people to orders. It left customers squabbling over what food belonged to who. I didn't care enough to argue andyielded any disputed items. Read more
