The food at Charleys Philly Steaks are really good! The staff at this location was pleasant and it was well set up for COVID. ... The entire staff wore gloves and it appeared very well maintained and clean. We ordered the chicken cheese steak with cheesefries. The portion is pretty good and the taste is excellent! It's a great combo meal to have while at Btidgewater Commons. Ihighly recommend trying the chicken cheese steak, you won't be disappointed. Read more

This rating is not for the food because Charlie's is actually good, more for this unheard policy of not accepting Bill's over... 20$. Located inside of a Mall how does this happen?? I've been to many Charlie's throughout the state and never heard of such athing especially when your located inside of a Mall . Typical fast food. No better. No worse. Took star off because service was chaotic. It wasn't very busy but staff had a hard time... matching people to orders. It left customers squabbling over what food belonged to who. I didn't care enough to argue andyielded any disputed items. Read more

I personally didn't order anything for myself, but my daughter, being the creature of habit she is, didn't want to eat anywhere... else. The staff weren't as pleasant as some of the other booths, although come to think of it, none of the shops in the goodcourt had pleasant staff. Good food with 2 issues: my change was shorted by the change machine? the lady was kind enough to fix this issue after a minute... or so. When we got to our seats, our large Tavern Philly was missing the mushrooms and we considered it a hassle to bring thisup, since their line was long. A bit pricy for a large lunch combo at $12. I usually love Charley's at any other mall I go to and have never had a problem before except this time. I had a chicken... teriyaki sandwich with mayo and it was a disaster. I don't know if the problem stemmed from the mayo or what but I had to forcethe food back up out of my system. Something in the sandwich was BAD. I was in so much pain.
