Our toddler and our extended family had a great time! Games, tables, and floors were super clean and there were many staff... members to assist. Miguel, in particular, was helpful, kind, and professional. He took pride in the services he provided andwanted to ensure we had a good experience. This Chuck E Cheese is our go to one! It's extremely clean and the staff is over the top friendly and accommodating. We drive... the thirty minutes because of how amazing this location is. Play all day eat some delicious pizza and wings amd go home happy! Read more
The good: Pretty clean. The eating area, the game area and the restrooms were all pretty clean. The bad: No ball pit or anything... to play in. Those used to be the best part for kids! The staff seemed totally checked out. There was 1 person trying to helpeveryone. After waiting at the prize area for 10 mins I finally asked for help and 2 ppl emerged from the back to help. Came for a 5th birthday party and my daughter had an absolute blast!! It was clean, masks optional and it's basically an... enclosed area so no kiddos could wonder out the front door! The staff was on top of it all with the right amount of time inbetween everything so the kids didnt lose interest at all! I would absolutely recommend a bday party here, like I said the staffwas on top of it all, there was no need for the parents to do anything except to also enjoy the party! They had little goodiebags all ready for the kids at the end and the badges/tokens for them to use were great! The tickets automatically go on thereso no need to worry about actual ????!! We haven't done this on our own time yet but we absolutely will be! The Party Manager Taylor is what a manager t Chuck E. Cheese?s should be. If you?re having a party there REQUEST HER. She has... unlimited energy, always smiles no matter how many times you ask her for napkins, cups etc. my kids party was supposed to be 10and grew to about 30 and she didn?t miss a beat. We even forgot one of the gifts and she called us to inform us and then held itto the side for 3MONTHS until we visited again. We walked through the door and she immediately recognized my boys and ran in theback and brought it out ( with gift card and CASH still in the bag) She?s chik fil a good. She?s Disney good. Read more
Chuck E Cheese is a very family friendly amusement place for kids 3 and up. They have improved their play area with some new... games and rides. Kids can collect tickets to win prizes. They have pretty good pizza and a salad bar for the adults. Best timeto go are weekdays at 11am when they first open! Read more
