Food is fresh and good, but the problem is, every single time I order, something comes wrong because they don?t have the correct... information on their menu. Things will show up with extra toppings that we?re just suppose to know automatically come on it, butaren?t said. Then when you call, they tell you just to correct it next time, but don?t replace the wrong item. It?s frustratingbecause it is good food, but way too expensive for always being wrong. Ordered a margaritas pizza, described as thin crust. Requested grilled chicken. Chicken was burnt. Crust was thick, tasteless,... and stale. The only saving grace was the sauce. What a disgrace. Threw a good portion of this out. Fool me once, never again. Read more

Hands down - - Mariana's makes the best pizza in Hillsborough and maybe the surrounding area. And I am a true pizza lover! The... crust is more on the thin side but no so thin that the toppings weigh it down or turn the whole thing to mush. It's crispy onthe outside and tender on the inside with a very nice flavor. They use just the right amount of sauce and it doesn't overpowerthe rest of the pizza. The cheese is of good quality and Mariana's doesn't skimp. The toppings are proportionate to the restof the pizza - - not too much, not too little. We've never had a bad pizza from Mariana's and we've had quite a few. We evenfreeze leftover slices and reheat them in the oven and they are more delicious than fresh pizza from other places. Read more

Did not really expect very much with the Italian/Latin combo but was VERY pleasantly surprised! Everything is awesome, we eat... here all the time! I had high hopes for Mariana's, located near the Wawa and Rita's Italian Ice in Hillsborough New Jersey. Based on reviews and... another individual's pizza ranking for Hillsborough, NJ, Mariana's scored quite high and I assumed it would be a hidden gem.Unfortunately, I must have missed something. The pizzeria itself has a fairly clean and spacious seating area that can fitlarger crowds. The register and counter area seems somewhat cluttered and messy. The staff was friendly enough and theatmosphere was pretty normal. Unfortunately, none of this could make up for the quality of the pizza. The base of the pizza wasclearly undercooked featuring a gummy, doughy core. The overzealous seasoning did not help the flavor of the slice, which wasfairly bland overall. The chicken parmesan slice wasn't any better. That slice was also undercooked and the chicken wasn't veryappetizing. It was a strange consistency as if it were unsure whether to be crispy or chewy.
