Drive-in cashier at 11:55pm 10/29/2022 was a pain for no reason. I asked what was included in a meal multiple times, she didn?t... respond to me for 5 minutes, and then asked me with a irritable attitude to hurry up for holding up the line as if it was myonly fault I was waiting there for 5 minutes waiting for her to actually respond to me. This attitude also continued while I wasordering the rest of my meal. When I got to the window, she had the gall to exclaim "Of course that's who you are!" upon seeingme. Ah, of course I'm a normal customer who is annoyed because of your incompetency and unprompted snark-- now even more sobecause of your apparent racism (I'm East-Asian and she was black). I know fast-food employees aren't paid enough to care, andI understand that, but I'll draw the line when it's treated as my own fault when it clearly was not. My friend, orderingseparately shortly after me in a separate car, was also treated with attitude so it wasn't a one-off scenario. Otherwise, astandard McDonalds. Read more

When in Bridgewater, we ALWAYS go to this McDonald?s. It?s very clean, when we order the staff is friendly, and we get our food... fast. Yesterday we ordered at the kiosk and our food came within 2 minutes. The guy who gave us or food, (Joshua) was superfriendly and truly cared about each customer. I go back up to tell him how positive my experience was to find out that he is themanager. He is hands down the best manager I have ever talked to. JOSHUA NEEDS A RAISE!!???????? Read more

For the second time my order was wrong. Last time I ordered Egg McMuffin no cheese but got McMuffin WITH CHEESE and WITHOUT EGG!... This time, after waiting a long time for my order, they forgot my home fries. They did give me ketchup but forgot to give anynapkins. The coffee was awful as well. I will not be returning. Read more

I feel like there should be a limit to how many times I get asked to rate McDonald's. Idk what that says about me but once... again- they came through in a clutch. This just so happens to be on the same street the home Depot that I constantly have to goto for my company is and on my way back to work- I was starving. But I saw a line of cars and thought that there would be a waitso I drove past it and got into 287. Then I remembered that THIS particular McDonald's operates outside of the laws of physicswhen it comes to speed of service so I took the next exit, turned around and came back just because I knew that the amount oftime it took for me to go back would be less time than it would take them to get my order ready and unsurprisingly- I was right.This place is the most efficiently ran drive through that I know of in the trip state area. They consistently get the order wrong in the drive-thu. Pretty much every single time. They literally said the order back to us... as they gave us the bag, and somehow it?s still wrong when we get home. 2 medium Big Mac meals with coke is not a hard order. 2orders of the exact same meal. So how are we given one big mac and 2 plain hamburgers? Ridiculous. Read more

Terrible drive thru African-American old lady didn?t ask for name because it doesn?t matter. I worked for fast food for 5 years... 2 of them at a McDonald?s never worked or seen a rude person like her. Every time I go get food she always has nasty attitude.At first I thought maybe she had a bad day so I let it go but no every-time I go she always has an attitude. Until my last visitwhen I placed a mobile order on Tuesday night. After the speaker I went to the first window waited for her to finish takinganother customer order and when she turned around facing me I asked her I have the mobile order should I go to the secondwindow she turns her face around giving me her back and start point for me to move forward literally without talking or saying aword just rudely started waving her arm and I said ?Excuse me what does that mean I am speaking to you you should speak to meback? I told the shift manager but of course there is only so much a shift manager could do maybe tell her to calm it down but Iam speaking to the owner and corporate now. this is extremely rude and unprofessional it?s not her first time so you can?t tellme it is. Please fix it she doesn?t belong at a professional working place. I lost my appetite that night and I ate my food coldlater. I?m not asking for an apology or for a free meal because that?s what I used to do when I was the assistant manager so Iknow how the system works. I?m simply asking for you to tell her to fix her attitude because customers don?t come for her togive them attitude or to FIRE her because I bet I am not the only one that she had given attitude to because my friends gothere too and told me about her.
