I use to hate this location but once I met the Store manager Ashley ( with the long blonde hair ) my whole perception changed.... She GENUINELY friendly and definitely trains her staff well because there has been a huge difference in the quality of foodpreparation , store standards , cleanliness and customer service. Went there yesterday for sub and coffee and there are no bags. If you have 2 items no bag. The plastic bag ban goes in effect... May not February. I'll go to Wawa now. Read more
The cashiers are too lazy to check people out. Wanting you to use the automatic check out. When you advise you want lottery... tickets they tell you to use the machine for that too. I like to have one on one with cashiers. If I wanted to use automatedsystem I would of done so on my own. At least give someone the choice and don?t ?close? the register. Read more
The staff here is great! The food here is also excellent! My only compliant is the alarm that goes off every single time the... door opens. It's so loud and obnoxious I don't know how anyone can work here and remain sane. It's a simple alarm system, thedoors have contact sensors with NO and NC relays. They need to give these poor employees a break and lower the volume on thealarm. Or turn it off completely!! It's so loud it's deafening and it goes off everytime the doors open. Read more
Went in at 5:36 am,wanted to get cigarettes. Stood there 5 mins,no employees,three more customers came in. Still no front end... employee. This is the worse one I have ever been in. The manager is on a power Trip and her staff shows the strains of her lackof ability too run a good store. I'm done,we will go to Wawa and it's 1/2 in the opposite direction. But it's a better morningexperience. This store sucks,should be a zero star rating. Also when they pick up the phone they don't say good morning ortheir name or how can I help you. Horrible... Quick Check, please talk to your morning sandwich staff. I love Quick Check. It?s perfect for people who work all day out of... their cars. I often stop in in the morning when driving my son to school. We get breakfast sandwiches every time. The fewpeople making the sandwiches are very slow. They spend more time talking to each other then making the sandwich. It?s earlymorning, people need to be places. And don?t order a frozen drink in the morning. It takes longer then the sandwich. Onemorning I was very late but wanted my frozen drink. Sandwich finally came and I watched as the girl then started making thedrink after she handed me the sandwich. She stopped twice to finish a coversation. Then when the drink was done she startedwashing the blender before handing It to me. I had to ask her if I could have the drink because I was late and in a hurry. Ishe handed it to me the with a nasty look. Come on Quick Check. You have a beautiful store with a great location.
