I have used this shake shack repeatedly with no issues but last weekend we picked up food and 3 out of 4 of us got food... poisoning. I really am disappointed as I love shake shack as do my kids and I trusted them as a higher end company to be saferbut watching my poor son throw up and have diarrhea 12 hours after eating it, and 3 of us having the same symptoms, it is such ashame. I hope this location is properly cleaned and food safety measures being followed so others do not get sick like we did. Iam inquiring as to whether the health department should be involved in checking out the facility. Read more

Amazing fries!!! But they only have one vegetarian option :/ Mushroom burger. The burger was delicious. Patty had think layers... of mushrooms filled with cheese . Definitely worth the hype , would be nice to have more vegetarian options ( tofu , soy ,impossible meat ) Read more

Had lunch indoors at Bridgewater location. Lunch was served quickly and super hot. The burgers seemed bigger is this true? Very... good meal. Patties seem to be getting smaller. Price is high, this location is always busy, and the tables are always dirty. Pretty much... what you'd expect though. Burgers and chicken are pretty consistent with other locations. Read more

4.5 stars. My only complaint is that the prices seem kinda high to me but the food is always good! Went on a Saturday afternoon... and it was pretty busy. When I ordered I don't think the cashier heard me order fries because when we got our food they weremissing. I checked my receipt and I wasn't charged for them. A manager delivered our food and he immediately grabbed me somefries at no charge! Workers are really friendly and overall was a good experience. Read more
