I love doing a mobile order it is so quick and easy. The only downside is that sometimes the parking lot is packed and it is a... bit hard to get through. Also people love to park in the mobile order only spaces and go inside... Not what those spaces arefor... They have signs for a reason that say reserved mobile orders only. Usually really busy most of the day and sometimes youwill need to wait a bit extra even if doing mobile orders or drive through. Just be prepared. They do need to fix that hole inthe High street exit though. It is getting big enough that a Honda Civic could lose a whole tire in it. Or at least it was thelast time I was there. Read more
I had so many hard times at drive-thru with MOBILE ORDERS. Can't hear my code or made mistakes my food,and now I have to switch... to curbside pickup, this way no more mistakes. Read more
Definitely no more coffee or anything for that matter, no more stickers, prices are getting out of control for the products... received, just take take with no customer service too, horrible. Read more
Order is always wrong. Even if you take the order back they still get the order wrong. They need to check their employees... reading comprehension levels before hiring. Read more
Wish they would train their staff to be more careful. The faulty cups are probably a manufacturing error but should not be... used. They do not seal properly. When my husband picked the cup up the top flew off and we had coffee all over the car. Lovetheir coffee but not the mess. Kind of spoiled the day. Had to return home for a car and a person cleanup. What can one say about McDonalds.... Seems we spend quite a bit of time waiting "around the corner" for our meal after going... through the drive through. A lot of the times they are so busy that they really don't listen to your order and you either haveto repeat and correct it a few times or you find out, after you've driven away, that they got it wrong. And don't get mestarted on how often the ice cream machine is "down"..... Update: 7 months later.... Food is horrendous. Ordered a Big Mac forthe 1st time in a long while. Nothing "big" about it. Last time for me to McDonald's. I know I have been around a while but the price was rediculous for what you get. I think they... don't need my kind of people there. Didn't mention the size of the burger has changed for what you pay for. Yes I know it isweighed before they shink it in cooking. Read more
