Went through the drive thru shortly after 12pm, today they have only been open for an hour, I ordered a double chicken leg... festive meal, there is NO WAY that chicken was cooked today! It was so dried out and too hard that wasn't even editable,beware they are serving day old chicken, shame on you, won't be wasting my money here anymore. Read more

Served coffee in a dirty cup. forgot the gravy for the fries. Pop tasted and looked like water. Barely any chicken on chicken... sandwich. Waitress never checked in. Lights above table where not working. Honestly I understand that things can get busy andoverlooked but the service there was awful due to the issues above, It was not a good experience and we probably won’t returnto this location if I want fast food I’ll go to McDonald’s next time. I wanted to order a meal and all they wanted was not my order but my name and email so they could send me propaganda. I could... get there and order in person faster than by phone. I do enjoy their chicken though. Tastes good. Read more

I have to give one star so I can leave a review. We waited 10 minutes before someone took our order. We waited just over 40... minutes, while watching everyone who came in after us get their orders, before someone telling us that they LOST our order. Wehad a choice, either stay and pay full price for both orders or cancel our order and leave. She said that we could cancel ourorder and leave, not offering anything for our inconvenience, so we left. We will never return, and people knew we were nothappy when we left, all eyes were on us in a busy restaurant. We get it that you are busy, but we don't like the fact that youare incompetent and it took over 40 minutes for us to find that out. Adding insult to injury, or to save a customer, because ofTHEIR mistake, they should have offered some sort of compensation. She was quite happy to cancel our order, so we were quitehappy leaving!!! I ordered takeout chicken on a kaiser, I think it's the driest chicken I've ever eaten, no amount of chalet sauce was saving... this. Also, I bit down on a small piece of bone which was very unpleasant. The chicken was not in large enough pieces, more likecrumbs so it was impossible to eat like a sandwich because it fell apart all over the place. I have had a couple mishaps withthis swiss chalet takeout in the past (missing desserts, no cheese curds on a poutine ... ??) that I just let slide but todaywas the icing on the cake. No complaints about the service I received when paying, only the food. Read more

Our party of six for a Christmas lunch were well looked after by the staff and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal except... myself. I ordered a chicken club wrap with a side salad. The club was stone cold, had no sauce and had surplus wrap. I asked theserver - why is it served cold. The answer was it is made earlier that morning and is served cold. I've never had a cold chickenclub. I'd expect at least the chicken to be warm but I guess if it's made earlier then that's not going to happen, is it? Thebottom line is that I was charged $13.95 for, in my humble opinion, a sub-standard meal. Rather than take too much issue aboutthis in the company of others, I'm choosing to write this review to help others make more pleasing menu selections. Read more
