When I pre-order and specify that it is to be started 10 minutes time, that includes the "hot" drinks. I have pre- ordered... several times before and every time it's the same thing. The food is hot and ready on time but the "hot" drinks are always doneahead of schedule and are warm/cool by the time the food is ready. For as fast as the beverages can be made I don't know whythey always have to be done so early! Next time I'll arrive early and just ask for fresh drinks! Read more
Went there this morning to do a coffee run for work, ordered 3 teas they wrote on the lid it was tea but it was black coffee.... Upon returning to tims they asked me what they wanted me to be about it. I said make me what i order. Told them it happensalmost every time i come in and all i want is to receive the correct order.
