When I pre-order and specify that it is to be started 10 minutes time, that includes the "hot" drinks. I have pre- ordered... several times before and every time it's the same thing. The food is hot and ready on time but the "hot" drinks are always doneahead of schedule and are warm/cool by the time the food is ready. For as fast as the beverages can be made I don't know whythey always have to be done so early! Next time I'll arrive early and just ask for fresh drinks! Read more
Went there this morning to do a coffee run for work, ordered 3 teas they wrote on the lid it was tea but it was black coffee.... Upon returning to tims they asked me what they wanted me to be about it. I said make me what i order. Told them it happensalmost every time i come in and all i want is to receive the correct order. I can't drink your coffee anymore, because I find it WAY to strong. However, I absolutely LOVE your steeped tea. It makes me... wonder why I have to make my own with a teabag on a string elsewhere. Thank you for setting a precedent! Read more
First the employee incorrectly advised me that my digital gift cards were accessible through my rewards card as the useless app... was not working (they were NOT) then they proceeded to tell us that most of the items we wanted to order they were out of.Lastly, they left out the sides on three of our combos and forgot two coffees... It's hard to describe a Tim Hortons experience because it is consistent throughout the chain. The food is good, the atmosphere... is good, everything is good but not great. On the other hand I haven't had a bad experience at any of the stores I've visitedand their prices are in line with similar restaurants. In- Out, no risk. Read more
Typical Tim Hortons with out a drive through. Layout is kind of poor and depending on time of day, you could be waiting a while... for a coffee. But if you got the urge, you?ll brave through it. Read more
