Wendy's did great. The staff were very nice, the food was great and the store was bright and clean
Unusually not busy. Great service however the Bacon Burger did not taste very good and the new Carmel Apple Frosty was pretty... much disgusting. (Will not order again) Be awhile before I return. Just to note: The carpet has needed to be cleaned for sometime and the ventilation system (look up) appears very dirty and hasn't been cleaned forever. The restroom paper towel dispenserhas been broken for a few weeks since my last visit. Read more
This is for the Wendy's branch in Bridgewater, I'm not sure if others are like this. The staff seemed to be all over the place.... They were confused and slow and they kept looking at the orders a million times to remember what they're doing. I've never seena fast-food restaurant so disorganized. As a result there was a huge line up in the drive through and inside. I guess theyweren't expecting to be busy on a weekend in August! The food was fine. Very unhappy with how managers how they have treated employees the other day. The young employees was being verbally bullied.... This abuse was horrible being yelled at and saw an employee suffering an emotional break down. No compassion was shown at all The Labor laws is being contacted along with Canadian human rights commission. Warning do not support a place that treatsemployees this way. Read more
Painfully slow. If you want to come to this ?fast food? restaurant, pack a tent and a snack. 15 minute waits are not unusual... just to get your food. Read more
For a fast food restaurant, I put Wendys on the top of the pile, except maybe for A&W, which is a really good business. I worked... at Wendy's when I was a teenager, and after learning their food philosophy and experiencing it first-hand, I have always been afan. The food really is as fresh as they claim, and good quality. Always enjoy the chili which we used to make ourselves. Read more
Overall an slightly run down Wendy?s franchise. They ran out of chicken burgers so we got hot fresh ones for our burger. Carpet... floors which isn?t very sanitary for fast food joints. The wrapper for the hamburger and the chicken burger was swapped. Thereis a drive thru and a small parking lot. Close proximity to other shops. Read more
