Theres a major staffing issue here. They're understaffed and the staff that are there are over stressed and very rude. Being... disrespectful to guests, talking about guests in front of everyone. Drive through guests came in after waiting for 25 minutes toreport their order was incorrect. I was in the dining area for 15 minutes before I was even spoken to, or had my order taken.They should have folks submit their orders on mobile or at the kiosk if theyre too swamped to take orders. Very rude staff. I went before work and ordered two wake up wraps and she threw them into the same small wrap bag squishing... them. One was for my co worker and I didn?t appreciate having to handle her food. She also gave me incorrect change, but Ifigure it was a 25 cent tip. It was not worth the annoyance of driving back through. The two times before that I?ve hadincorrect orders?cheese when I ask for no cheese. No meat when I ask for turkey sausage and pay for it. I understand checking tomake sure your order is correct but it?s sad to think that I?d have to go back through and deal with their mean staff. Read more
