Very rude staff. I went before work and ordered two wake up wraps and she threw them into the same small wrap bag squishing... them. One was for my co worker and I didn?t appreciate having to handle her food. She also gave me incorrect change, but Ifigure it was a 25 cent tip. It was not worth the annoyance of driving back through. The two times before that I?ve hadincorrect orders?cheese when I ask for no cheese. No meat when I ask for turkey sausage and pay for it. I understand checking tomake sure your order is correct but it?s sad to think that I?d have to go back through and deal with their mean staff. Read more

Theres a major staffing issue here. They're understaffed and the staff that are there are over stressed and very rude. Being... disrespectful to guests, talking about guests in front of everyone. Drive through guests came in after waiting for 25 minutes toreport their order was incorrect. I was in the dining area for 15 minutes before I was even spoken to, or had my order taken.They should have folks submit their orders on mobile or at the kiosk if theyre too swamped to take orders. You guys, you HAVE TO WORK ON YOUR STAFF UPBRINGING. THE LADY SERVING 07.02 WAS EXTREMELY RUDE: SERVED THE TWO DRINKS WRONG AND... WHEN I WAS TRYING TO ASK FOR THE DRINK I ORDERED GAVE ME CAPUCHINO INSTEAD OF LATTE. BEING FROM NEW YORK - WE HAVE NEVERENCOUNTERED THE RUDENESS AND BEING SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE CITY. The problem is the owner, and the business ethics he teaches his employees. The first time we went, the owner tried to pass off... some Nitro coffee as Cold Brew, because it was taking so long to change the cartridge.(We would have waited, but nobodyasked.)We literally saw him try to fool us, and lie. When we tried to go again a few months later, the employees changed thecartridge for the Nitro, and again, instead of asking us if we minded waiting, they charged us for three Nitros, and two of themwere 75% foam. (At least they didn't try to pass them off as the Cold Brew)???????? Hmm...wonder what made them think that's ok.I asked for a refund for two of them, and told them what happened the last time we were there. The young manager that wasthere and the other girls had s*** attitudes. No I don't think this was a fluke, I literally just think it's bad management andownership. This guy has another franchise over in Benton Harbor as well. Sorry for the bad review, just looking out forcusomers that appreciate getting their money's worth. Read more

My husband went on a Saturday morning to get donuts (ya, know... kinda what Dunkin' DONUTS is known for). They had NO glazed... donuts. My husband chose blueberry and frosted with sprinkles donuts instead. They were hard and dried out. Not fresh at all! Wewill not be going to this Dunkin' again. Read more

Stopped for coffee this morning and something about my drink didn?t taste quite right. I hate having to send drinks back, but... the two ladies working this morning were incredibly nice and understanding.
