I just ordered door dash?ordered a meal and all I got was 2 cookies and my drink! I?m furious and want an explanation right now!... I?ve tried to call the restaurant directly as told from the door dash delivery person to do and no response! You guys arerunning a poor operation and whoever is in charge of you needs to be fired. Yuck. Bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned. Counter order area filthy, sticky floors everywhere. Employees... uniforms look like they never wash them. Is this the standard that people accept now? Disgusting. Also stood there at thecounter with 2 people doing nothing and waited several minutes for them to notice me. So when they are not busy they don'tclean they just stand there. On top of all that fries and nuggets were stale. Just sad. Zero stars this place doesn't deserveone. Read more
Fries were old and cold. Pies were cold, had to wait 10+min for new ones. Kiosk menu charges $1 for cup water. Where is this,... Europe? Read more
Rude and bad quality. We have been here several times and each has been a bad experience and this one will be our last. Save... yourself the time and money and go to burgerking or treat yourself to a steak dinner you will be much happier. Read more
We will no longer visit Stevensville, MI McDonalds due to the unfriendly staff and constant wrong orders. It is not worth our... time or money. We have had better service at the Bridgman location. Read more
MCDONALD FAST FOOD BRIDGMAN ???????? ???? ???? ???? . AMBIENCE & CLEANLINESS ???? Cleaning was and saw one staff walking around... and making sure constantly cleaned LOCATION ???? Near to highway 94 and easy access QUALITY OF THE FOOD- ???? we orderedchicken sandwich , smoothie. It's came out ok. SERVICE???? Staff shortage looks challenge but food came out quick. Pretty muchself service and service overall not bad VALUE for MONEY???? Bit pricey breakfast and expected $15+ easily per person. Read more
Nice and clean inside. Easy to get to in and out from the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we made the wrong... order they were able to fix our mistake. Definitely plan to make this a regular stop on our travels. Enjoy! Read more
Just need to say this is a great McDonald's they are on their game. Especially the lady in the photos! We received better... service from her at that McDonald's then we do at some restaurants! Way to go keep up the good work! Read more
