My husband and I went here on a busy Friday, absolutely amazing. Our waitress (Kimberly I think was her name?) was awesome at... tending to every customer with perfect timing. The guys making rolls hopped in and helped her when they could, perfect flow ofservice! The food was absolutely amazing. We each got tacos and sushi(bear roll farthest, Leo closest), but it was some of thebest sushi we?ve had in the east. I am almost too afraid to post just how awesome our experience was eating sushi here in fear of the place getting too popular.... But they earned the 5-Star review. I have been eating sushi for about 30 years now. And during our visit, I declared theNightmare Roll to be the best bite I ever had at a sushi restaurant. By far the very best sushi I've ever had! This place isa gem. You won't be disappointed...we had tuna tacos, an elevation roll,... paradise roll and kept asking for more!! It's ridiculously good!!! There were more spicy tuna rolls than in the photo but weate them! Read more
I rarely write reviews, but this place is UNREAL. You just wouldn?t expect to find a place like this in Brighton ME. Don?t let... the fact that they have tacos fool you. The sushi here is world class. The chef just drove in some fresh Toro from Portlandright before we got here and it was amazing. The Nightmare roll (pictured here) perfectly balanced a spicy, smoky seared salmonwith a sweet, crispy tempura shrimp. Mouth melting amazingness. I?ve had O Ya, I?ve had Nobu and I genuinely enjoyed myexperience here every bit as much. It stacks up. 5+ stars. A meal that I?ll always remember. Read more

Food is very good. Presentation was on point. Overall for the price you can?t go wrong. The only real down fall is the short... staffed. That is par for the course for all restaurants. We had sushi and tacos. We tried the chicken, beef, and pork tacos.All was very tasty. The likable salsa that comes with the pork is absolutely delicious. For the sushi it was very tasty aswell. The deep fried was definitely a twist. The sauce was a nice touch. Overall if your looking for a very good sushi barwith out wanting to have to drive all the way to Portland I suggest this place. Highly recommend! Our family stopped in last night and we loved it! The sushi was absolutely delicious (and we?ve had great... sushi!!) my favs were the Bear roll and Elevation Roll (attached pic) both were ????. Only recommendation is to have a littlepatience as it does feel they are still getting a few staff up to speed, but so worth it! We will be back when in Bridgton! ???????? Read more
