Food was good. I had the steak with green beans and fries. The steak was good on its on but didn?t seem like it was marinated.... The green beans were good. The fries were basic crinkle cut fries. They didn?t have a special seasoning. Overall the mealwasn?t bad. I probably would go back to try the bbq and their hamburger, but I don?t think I would get a steak again. Their takeout is amazing! The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was the best I?ve had in a long time. Crispy bacon, simply seasoned... and perfectly cooked burger patty, nice fresh toppings, and minus the mayo. Just like I asked. ???????? The tater tots and friedpickles were really good too. Found this place by driving by and what a hidden gem! We started with the fried green tomato?s and that had a spicy homemade... dipping sauce that complemented the perfectly fried tomatoes. The brisket and pulled pork were cooked to perfection. Smokeyflavor and very juicy. Potato salad, BBQ beans and coleslaw are all excellent and taste like homemade. We finished our lunchwith a yummy peach cobbler. And the decor is warm and inviting. We will stop in if we are ever within 50 miles of this placeagain. And the service was a 10 out of 10. Read more
One and done guaranteed. No idea how this place got such great ratings except for maybe being the only place around. 1. Got a... cheeseburger - nothing difficult. The lettuce was bad wilted, the bun was soggy, and the burger was sloppy and falling apart.(No napkins were given either. That was fun.) 2. They said they'd bring it to us on the patio, but instead they just bellowedfrom the pickup window. No telling how long it sat since we couldn't hear anything on the patio well enough to make it out -and we weren't expecting to be called anyway. When we got tired of waiting, I went to ask just as she bellowed again, so that'show we got our food. 3. The only drink options are sweet tea, unsweet tea, diet drinks, and water.
