My husband and I were in Atlantic City, spending a couple of days from New York. We went to Andre?s for dinner. And we were very... pleased we did. The service was awesome after the hostess showed us to our table. Our server Marc was very friendly andefficient. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We came down for the weekend and we usually head to AC for Italian. We decided to stay within walking distance and the food was... so good, we ended up here 2 nights in a row. They serve old school Italian meals, and enormous portions, everything we orderedwas shareable with leftovers. The sauce is unbelievably delicious and reminds me of childhood. The grilled artichokes are fullof flavor and grilled to perfection, fork tender meatballs that melt in your mouth, and the chicken parmigiana?so delicious.They get super busy and patience may be necessary on a Saturday night, but it?s sooooo worth it. The staff was super friendly,attentive and chased us down outside when we forgot our cell phone. My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. I ordered the crabcakes. It came with sautéed spinach and some sort of... boiled potatoes. The amount of oil on my plate was unbelievable! All of the food on my plate was swimming in grease! $42 forcrabcakes, which I think would be totally worth it if they were awesome but they were mediocre at best. The whole plate has aton of oil. We ordered Long Island iced teas and they were weak and way too much sour mix, the sour mix is all we tasted. Myhusband ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce and meatballs. Again, the food was not that good, meatballs were weird and theycharged seven dollars for a side of meatballs even though the menu said to add meatballs to the pasta dish for four dollars.Overall, none of the food we had was very good (wings appetizer was pretty good) and everything seemed way over pricedespecially considering the food was not good. To preface, we came with a party of 12 people during peak hours but I feel the service was a bit slow. The food got mixed... reviews overall from the group but I loved my food. I shared the chicken parm and the volcano pizza with my brother in law. Thechicken parm was fantastic the pizza was also delicious but pretty spicy so be aware of that. Would not split the check more than 2 ways for a party of 4. We were willing to tip well regardless that the waitress was... slightly rude to us. The manager who talked to us is another server or they didn?t actually let me talk to a manager. Thegnocchi was burnt and it was not vodka sauce they were served in. I do not recommend this place and I am highly disappointed atthe service I was given. My Uber driver when dropping me off actually recommended I did not come here and now I know why. Read more
Andrea and Keith were awesome! Andtre's is a must if you visit Brigantine Beach. Service was great, nicely stocked bar/wine... list. The menu offers a good variety of food and thr specials are on point.. We had the Volcano & Margarita Pizza, MusselsMarinara, Lasagna and the Grouper Special. I'll be back, for sure. Read more
