I have had difficulty with them before being out of meat and having super long lines but today they didn't give me my mozzarella... sticks in the drive thru so I went back in they acted like I was making stuff up but then finally gave me my cheese sticks (notmade fresh) then I get out to my car only to find out that we also had zero fries in our kids meals. One item I can understand. 3 items is crazy and when I went back in again they looked at me like I was the crazy person. Seriously, either do your jobright the first time or learn some manners with customer service...preferably both! Read more

So this review is specifically for the last vist I made to this location. I went to this place late one evening. On the sign I... saw the new prime rib cheese steak sandwich. I decided to try it. When I got home and took it out of the bag and unwrapped it Iwas surprised. It looked like a bun that had been heated up with no meat, cheese or peppers showing. When I opened the bun therewas a very thin strip of meat, cheese and peppers that was less than an inch wide. That was the worst product I have ever gottenin my life. Also I ordered a orange cream shake, the person said the were out. So I said then I'll just have chocolate, hisresponse was that the machine was broken. Fast service, got my order right, and they were polite. We asked for a slider with the cheese and meat not on the bun. They got... it right! (We have a picky toddler) and we ordered a small cup of ice at the window (another toddler request) they filled it tothe brim and put on a lid. Very happy with our experience tonight! Read more

I pulled in about 10 minutes to 11 their sign said open when I pulled in. I sat behind one car when I pulled up to the speaker a... prerecorded voice said that they were closed and to come back during regular business hours. They served the car ahead of me.
