Just ordered AND paid for an online order which didn't seem like a big deal since it was placed at 6:13am and according to them... the drive-thru opens at 6am. Arrived at said location at roughly 6:30am and they are closed!! The seating area inside opens at7am "supposedly" so I guess I'll return then and hope someone is now there. Unsure why it would let me place and pay for anorder if they're close since no other food chains will, and if they are actually still closed at this time maybe someone shouldupdate the schedule online. Went to burger King on Saturday 9/24, used the bathroom before I ordered. No soap or paper towels and the blow dryer hardly... works! I wonder what the workers do when they use the bathroom! Oh they probably just ware the same rubber gloves that they arewaring while fixing your meal! Read more
I have tried stopping at this location twice on my way back to Salt Lake City from Logan and both times we have been unable to... even order food. The first time was ?sorry we are closed because we have no power? although the speaker in the drive-thru wasworking without power? The second time they said they could only accept cash because their card reader was broken. What?s itgoing to be next time? Read more
VERY and I mean VERY stingy on how much dipping sauce they give you. They only give you 2 and it doesn?t matter how many orders... of chicken nuggets etc you order. Then they make you pay freaking $0.17 each additional one. Such garbage.???? I?ve neverexperienced this at any other Burger King location besides this one. Won?t be coming back. Read more
They disrespected my brother on his visit from out of state. He's in the Air Force. Literally the worst management and staffing... I've ever seen. We waited significantly more time than necessary for our order size. The drive thru experience was awful. Theguy spaced out mid order and ignored us for 2 minutes straight at one point. He never said please, thank you, acknowledged ourorders, etc. It was simply the employee saying "what else" over and over. They seemed happy to tell us you only get 1 saucepacket per 8 nuggets, then "forgot" to even put them in the bag in the end. Just cheap and spiteful. Half of what we wanted toorder was "unavailable". The manager was a wreck and herded us out of the dining area like sheep. The two staff members on shiftlooked very angry. They were hesitant to give us a receipt and I watched as they had to dig through dozens from previouscustomers to find ours. I can't imagine it's legal to intentionally hide receipts from your customers and is very telling oftheir operation. Avoid this place like the plague. Save your dollars. Go to any place else. You'll just leave with a bad tastein your mouth, mediocre food and complete disappointment. Shut this place down. Read more
