Definitely the worst Cafe Rio I've been to. Went at 5:30. Out of shredded lettuce, out of beef, out of shredded chicken. Salad... was barren. Only one in drive thru and it took 20+ mins to take my order and make it (1 salad, 4 tacos). (Picture is the saladafter literally 2 bites. There were like 8 peices of lettuce in the whole thing.) I can't say that this facility was the greatest version of cafe Rio, as I've been to multiple. They were running super low on... all ingredients and what was available looked like it was there for a bit. My family got the tacos and I a salad, and they werejust okay. I'm thinking they were short staffed, but there was no traffic of people coming in, we had the place to ourselves. Read more

We ordered a salad and chips and queso tonight, neither one was good. The lettuce was shredded super thin and fine almost like... it was ran through a food processor, and the chips were stale and soggy. Don?t think we will be back to this one anytime soon.Also it seemed like it took forever in the drive through. Read more
The taste of the food has greatly improved along with the friendly staff, although they are often out of queso right in time for... dinner. Where this location still needs improvement is in cleaning. The food prep line is almost always filthy. The restroom isshowing signs of not being cleaned in a long time and needs a deep cleaning. The dining area is often very dirty. Wow! Ranch dressing being passed off as the house dressing. Something about this place is way off. I've never eaten such sloppy... food and its called Cafe Rio. The salad tastes nasty. The steak burrito: meat was overcooked and the rice crunchy. Not tomention the carelessness of the drive thru personnel. I thought it was a prank leaving the mic on and complaining. And thentossing, actually tossing our food in the bag. What a mess! This place needs some serious attention. Save your time and effortwith this place there are better locations east and south of this location. Read more
