Make sure you read the reviews. Their hours are arbitrary and they may or may not be open or willing to make your food. Also DO... NOT USE THE APP FOR THIS STORE. You will end up with no food and no refunds. I placed a small mobile order at 9:50 was at therestaurant like 1 minute later. there hours say they close at 10. I went to the restaurant and the drive thru lane was blockedso I drove up to the window. I sat there for 5 minutes with several employees seeing me before one came to the window. He opensthe window I tell him I have a mobile order and he says drive thru is closed but the inside is open for 5 more minutes. I saidit was a mobile order and just need to pick it up. He goes over to the order screen and clears out all the orders. Comes backand says they didnt get the order. I showed it to him. He says okay, we can make that. (9:56 at this point) he goes back andcomes back 2 minutes later (9:58) and says oh they put everything away already so we cant make it. So I said okay, can I get arefund? He says you have to call the manager or corporate. So I go to the parking lot try calling the manager. She didnt answerand voicemail was full. Anyways no refund, no food, no resolution. UPDATE: The manager called me this morning and is going totry to send a gift card to cover the cost of the meal. Update 2: they never sent the gift card! DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT DONOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. if you have to go there do not visit anywhere near closing and do not use their app! Read more
Positive things first; 1) The young lady at the cashier station was pleasant and professional. 2) My food was made fresh for... me. I was craving a decent burger. I know that burgers are not Carl?s Jr.?s strong suit. I like their chicken tenders and theirseasonal fish sandwich. Their burgers have always been weak sauce, in my opinion. I saw the prime rib burger. Primal somethingor other. I ordered this burger, no combo, for $8.39 The bun had a styrofoam quality to it. The patty was straight out ofschool lunch, circa 1983. The prime rib portion was fatty and stringy. Sauce was good. I watched the employee make my sandwich.It was made with care. If that individual had proper ingredients to work with, his sandwiches would be unstoppable. He was justgiven garbage to work with. Not his fault. I am still craving a decent burger. Going here feels like the movie, Groundhog?sDay. Fortunately, I will be going by an Iceberg tomorrow. Finally squash that craving. Read more

I am mad that your posted hours at 24/7 and when I show up your closed. Update: just found out after writing this from the... subway staff that this Carl?s Jr. will close whenever they feel like and that they have closed in the middle of a day before.This is completely unacceptable behavior. Why even have a store here if your not going to offer service during your own businesshours! Don?t support this business. That is a real shame since it?s the only spot for 20 miles to get a beyond burger in a fastfood store. Read more
$6 for the crispy chicken sandwich... that would be acceptable if the sandwich served met the expectations of all the hype.... Instead we received a burnt piece of chicken, slathered in Mayo, most likely to cover up the burnt chicken. Read more
