Everyone is really nice. However the wait at this location is ALWAYS painfully long. It seems that they are understaffed. I... usually go in the mornings, for my pre-work caffeine, and I usually have to wait 15-20 min. With only 2-3 workers, they?re notable to keep up. Kenzi is the best. She is always friendly and remembers me. I went this morning and she noticed my order and realized I forgot... to get my husband sugar free for his drink. She made it correct and said she caught it. Best customer service ever. She says hito me by name. She also is the only one at this location to make my drink thick like I like it. I like the drinks, but I dread going through the drive through unless I have a ton of time because it takes forever and their... process doesn't make a lot of sense. Slowest service imaginable. Why can't I just order through an intercom? Why aren't theretwo people taking orders? Why is my drink still not ready when I am FINALLY at the window?? And why are cars behind me gettingtheir order first?
